放流した岩魚たち。放流は、在来種の保護が前提であり、当然のことながら、その沢で釣り上げた岩魚に限られる。一度に放流する数は、多いほどいいに決まっているが、いざ在来種の岩魚を確保するとなればなかなか難しいのが現実。20〜30尾が一つの目安だろう。10尾以下しか確保できない場合は、数回挑戦することが必要だろう。

水量、水温、環境の変化により使用量を調整する必要がある。8寸クラスの岩魚を一度に15尾ほど入れたら、半分死なすところだった。慌てて、生け簀を作って、回復させた。この程度のタンクだと10尾が限界だった。
